Essentially, we store and process the following personal data Title, first name, surname, street/house number, postcode, place of residence, telephone, email.
5. ORIGIN OF THE DATA
We mainly work with data that you provide to us yourself. This can be done, for example, by e-mail, on a business card, via a contact form, correspondence, telephone call or in other ways. 6. TRANSFER OF DATA
Data is not transferred to third parties.
If personal data is stored in our smartphones, a copy of this data is stored by Google or Apple.

Such doubts usually arise in the case of telephone enquiries or enquiries from a fictitious e-mail address. If there are no doubts about your identity or if your identity has been confirmed, we will fulfil your request for access to personal data within 4 weeks.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
9. REQUIRED DATA
If you enter into a contractual relationship with us as a customer, supplier or business partner, you are obliged to provide us with the necessary data (including personal data) and to give us your consent to store and process this data. If you do not grant us this consent or withdraw it at a later date, this may mean that we can no longer fulfil our contractual obligations. Please bear in mind that justified financial claims on our part remain unaffected in such a case and we will insist on these.
10. PROFILING OR AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
There is no automated decision-making based on your personal data. If you are our customer, we will categorise you based on compliance with your payment terms. However, no automatic decisions or measures are derived from this.
Cookies
What is a cookie?
A "cookie" is a small file consisting of a text-only string of information that a website transfers to the web browser on your computer's hard drive and stores there temporarily for the duration of your visit to the website or sometimes for longer, depending on the type of cookie. Cookies perform different functions (e.g. to distinguish between you and other users of the same website) and are used by most websites to provide a better user experience.
Each cookie is unique to your web browser and contains anonymous information. Typically, a cookie contains the name of the domain it came from, the "lifetime" of the cookie and a value (usually in the form of a randomly generated, unique number).
Types of cookies
The main types of cookies that may be used by websites are described below.
Session cookies
These are temporary cookies that remain in the cookie file of your web browser only for the duration of your visit and are deleted as soon as you close the browser.
Permanent cookies
These remain in your web browser's cookie file even after you close the browser, sometimes for a year or longer (depending on the exact lifetime of the specific cookie). Persistent cookies are used when the website operator may need to know your identity for longer than just one browsing session (e.g. to remember your username or website design preferences).
First-party cookies
These are cookies that are placed on your browser and/or hard drive by the website you are currently visiting. They require you to be assigned a unique identity in order to track your movements on the website. Website operators often use first-party cookies for session management and recognition purposes.
Third-party cookies
These are cookies that are used by third parties (e.g. social networks) to track your visits to different websites on which these third parties place adverts. The website operator has no control over these third-party cookies.
Cookies on this website and their management
We use cookies on this website to improve the user experience for our website visitors. You are entitled to withdraw your consent to the use of these cookies at any time. If you remove the cookies on this website or reject their use, this should not particularly restrict the functionality of the website. Furthermore, deactivating a cookie or a cookie category does not result in an existing cookie being deleted from a browser. This must be done separately within your own browser.
For more information on the management of certain cookie types, their control or how they are deleted, please visit www.aboutCookies.org.
Web analysis
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics from Google Inc ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies that enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Your IP address is recorded, but immediately anonymised by deleting the last 8 bits of the IP address. This means that only a rough localisation is possible. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.
Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The anonymised IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for commissioned data processing.
The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the "Privacy Shield", an agreement in the area of data protection law concluded between the European Union and the United States of America.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and / or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. As the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymised.
You can find more information on the terms of use and data protection of Google Analytics at www.google.de/intl/de/policies/
