The bed and breakfast Anny and the adjoining appartment house are situated in a quiet, sunny yet central location in the beautiful holiday resort of Maria Alm. Spend relaxing or sporty active holidays in the beautiful Almer valley. The house is family-run with Austrian hospitality. Our ultimate goal is that you feel at home with us!

We offer appartments in different sizes, as well as beautiful spacious, newly furnished double rooms. All rooms are cosily furnished. You have the choice of a kitchen-living room or kitchen block in the flats, some of which are equipped with a microwave oven and dishwasher.

The family-run house offers you everything your heart desires for a perfect holiday in the mountains around Maria Alm.

Each of our double rooms is equipped with everything your heart desires - and above all with great attention to detail, as good as new and modern. Both the living areas and the bathrooms are spacious. Each of our rooms offers a wonderful view, which will make your stay with us even more unforgettable.

Beautiful extendable double rooms with shower and WC, which are not only suitable for two people, but also for 1 or 2 more. With sofa bed for 3 or 4th person possible. As good as new and furnished to a high standard, like every room in our house.
